  I was locked out and it was freezing and I had a very tight timetable. Jerren showed up within 10 minutes and had me hooked up with a new key and no damage to my lock within 20 minutes. It was magical! Great service, great response! Will use again if necessary!

  I tried searching on Google for someone to repair the lock on my front door. I got some generic number from Google, called it twice for what I thought were two different companies, ended up talking to the same person and I have no idea if they were even in Utah. I suspect they were just a "clearing house" type operation and that didn't jive well for me. However, in searching a little more, I came across Turn-a-Key and I got a real person (the owner, I believe) on the phone immediately. I sent a couple pictures of my door. Gavin showed up the next morning with the exact hardware we needed. Not only did he install the hardware quickly, but he adjusted everything to make sure the door was shutting correctly. He also looked at another door I have and offered very simply adjustments at no charge. I really enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be working with Turn-a-Key again.

  My wife took my old boat keys in to get a spare and although it was the only key he didn't have he had it shipped in the next day and got my spares done! He guaranteed they worked and made sure they worked even better than the original I gave to copy. Will do all my locksmith business here after the experience my wife and I had.
