  Andrew was quick to respond, arrived even before his ETA, and was very nice and understanding. He got the job done with no damage or drilling and was extremely professional. I saved his info to my contacts and hope that I don't ever get locked out again 😅 but if I do, he'll definitely be the first person I call.

  Excellent, fast, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Great experience. I will be using them again. I locked myself out of my closet and they had it opened without damaging anything. I also had something incorrectly installed and Andrew helped fix it for me too. Thank you!!

  I called Tri State for help replacing the locks on the door of our older apartment unit and I just want to say they went absolutely above and beyond for the entire process and made it so painless for me. We have a much older hard to replace lock set, I sent pictures of our door and not only were they able to help me identify the most cost effective solution, they came over and did the installation the same day. Super friendly, extremely professional and they even gave me an extra set of keys. Cannot recommend Andrew and Tri State enough.
