  Even though I originally purchased the lock from them. had offered to pay cash for their service, and agreed to wait, the person who answered the phone REFUSED to assist me when I was unable to gain access to my home! I wound up calling another locksmith company who sent someone right away, I don't usually write unfavorable reviews, but want people to know they won't assist you if you have an emergency.
