  I locked my keys in the car and felt like a completely idiot! I called and spoke with Yalani and she was so nice!! It was great to hear a friendly voice after being so hard on myself for locking my keys in the car lol. She told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait but Jesse showed up within 10min. Jesse was amazing!!! He was so nice and easy going and reassured me that I indeed was not an idiot for doing this, that it happens lol. Honestly I’m glad I locked my keys in the car. God blessed me to come across two amazing souls in a world full of cruel people. Whoever is the owner and boss should feel very honored to have these two apart of their team! Thank you so much again!!

  I got my honda civic key fob wet, i called the honda dealership who did not have any in stock and was on back order, they recommended tracy lock and safe and my goodness they deserve more than 5 stars! They fortunately had my key fob i needed in the store! Dan and Jesse took care of me immediately, same day everything, but what surprised me was just how nice and just stellar customer service they were so kind and understanding to my situation everything was taken care of so professionally and so throughly i didnt mind the price they got me out of weeks of waiting and inconvience thank you guys!

  Told me was going to meet me at 3 ! 3:30 said his tech was on his way! 4pm texted him and no reply! Called him at 4:30 no answer ! Horrible customer service would NOT RECOMMEND! They just waste your time
