Excellent customer service. They provided me a ride home because the lock repair would take a few hours. When the job was finished, I wasn't sure how I was going to get back there with two kids to grab my vehicle. They were quite courteous and returned the van to my residence.

I phoned Ben, and he was really kind and quick to return my call! He arrived at my house in less than 10 minutes and was able to gain entry, allowing me to retrieve my spare set of keys! I would strongly suggest him.

Absolute rip off. Called a locksmith to come unlock my car door since i left my keys in it. Locksmith was friendly and professional. But he charged me $610 for a job that took him 8-10 minutes. $110 for the car and $500 for fees he didn’t specify. Called the company and they keep saying they’ll make note of it and have someone call me, each time i call them. It would’ve been cheaper to break my window and fix it the next day. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

The locksmith was very professional and quick. He fixed the lock on my door, which had been giving me trouble for a while now. Finally, I feel so relieved to have it!

I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services- they were really thorough and went above what is expected with excellent service!

I called around 3 am for a locksmith because I was locked out of my apt. After 40 min of waiting for a tech to call, I called back and they said they are busy and have no one available. I received no callback to let me know ! I scheduled for 7 am and when I called to verify at 7 am they said they would call me "shortly". It is now 8 am and no follow up!! At this point I will cancel if they ever call back. Horrible service

Called them around 5:30 pm on a Monday to unlock my car. For reference, it was 9 degrees outside at the time. They said someone would be calling and the tech would be out in 15-20 minutes. Nearly 90 minutes later a woman calls me to ask if I still needed service. She sounded very surprised when I told her I had not received a call from any tech. She put me on hold, then came back to tell me someone "should" be calling me in 10-15 minutes. No call. I call back about 25 minutes later. She puts me on hold again saying she is going to ask her manager. She comes back on saying some "should" call me back again. I questioned the "should" and asked "should call or will call?" She paused, as if listening to someone in the background and suddenly said someone "will" call me back in 5 minutes. About 30 minutes later I received a call from a man simply saying "we don't have any techs in your area. I'm sorry for the inconvenience." The area I was in was about 2 miles from their office location. Thanks for leaving me out in the literal deadly cold for 2 hours.

Absolutely  professional service. I called Top Locksmith to repair my car ignition and I'm very happy I hired them. Service was vey fast and professional and the problem was solved without any extra parts or charges.

Good value for money They deserved 5 stars because the guy who arrived was very quick and pleasant.

He returned my call quickly and was to my place immediately away. I'm glad I know who to call in the future because he was friendly and professional.

What a panic on Monday morning when I found out that the front door is stuck! Thankfully, this company arrived in no time and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Thanks guys!
