Gary was very courteous, professional and thorough and took the time to explain what options were available to resolve my issue.   We moved into a new house and needed a lock fixed, one changed and wanted the locks re-keyed. Gary answered the phone on the first ring and gave me available times. They were not only on time, but early and were in their van waiting for the scheduled time. They came in took off their shoes, seeing the new carpet. They explained the process and what they would be doing. Gary was extremely friendly to our kids and loved playing with our dogs! What made a huge difference is that he made sure to clean up after everything he did. We have dealt with a lot of contractors and that isn't always the case. After it was all done, he gave me the total and I was thrilled. He was not only cheaper than the others I called (who took days to call back) but his service was amazing. I recommend Timchak Safe and Lock to anyone needing any type of locksmith work done!

  Gary was excellent. Professional, friendly and here within 10 minutes. Above and beyond service so unexpected as he made me keys and tightened the door knob. Highly recommended!!
