Terrible customer service. Made an appointment to have a key made for my car. Waited 2 hours for the locksmith to show up, then was told he started on another vehicle and that I should make another appointment. Made a second appointment, the locksmith did not show up again. I left my vehicle at the shop and waited 3 hours and was told they were not able to make a key for my car.

The locksmith came out and unlocked the vehicle but the simple fact is that the disrespectful attitude that was used was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Leave your personal inaccurate  opinions about something out of your job and be more professional.

Called as my key had broke off of my key fob and the gal who answered the phone was very helpful with giving me suggestions, answering all the questions I had and giving me estimates. Very pleased with her knowledge and pleasantness.

Service was over an hour late, after I had to call and ask what was going on. Front desk said that he was late do to getting back from vacation late and not knowing about the service call. Service man stated that he was helping someone else, which however was not truthful. Struggled to take accountability for his own actions. He then proceeded to drill into the door, allowing fiberglass and wood to go all over the front entry way. He then decided it was best to put a mat down. Was none too helpful at showing me how to set the app up on the phone. To end it, he did not even clean up the mess that he created in my house. Didn't even try to make amends for mistakes on their end. Will not recommend their service to anyone, nor use it again.

Wow! I can’t believe the contradictions! Yes, I was late, but when I offered to reschedule he said it was no problem we could still come out. I apologized for being late when I arrived. I put a drop cloth down before any debris hit the floor and emptied it THREE times to protect his floor. Some dust and a small amount of wood shavings was left on the linoleum entryway and when I was having a hard time finding my dustpan he told me “no worries” he would take care of it! I showed him the basic operation and offered help with further programming and again I got “no worries, I will figure it out.” He paid me and thanked me for my work, then an hour later his wife calls demanding a discount for the awful service. I apologized repeatedly and offered her gift card which she declined. By the way, the quality of work was excellent to which even she agreed. To receive a one star rating and a scathing review it’s totally unwarranted in this situation.
