  I called looking for a drive belt. Shawn hung up on me the first time and then when I called back he kept telling me they didn't have the part even though I hadn't told him what I was looking for and proceeded to be arrogant and rash..... I don't know if he's overworked or just underachieving but I would take a deeper look into this. I was denied access to the manager so I had to find the owner online but have no way of contacting him directly for the issue.
