I've always used the Lock shop but now they are strictly commercial.
So, go to Bill's for your non-commercial repair needs.

Called multiple times with no answer, went to address listed in person to find out they are no longer there. Unsure if they moved to a new location.

Needed some construction keys copied. Home Depot did it for a fraction...

The Lock Shop helped me at a very cheap price, and had the work done quickly. It helped that I was able to bring the lock in to their shop so they didn't have to come to my house and charge me for a service call. They did make a mistake in billing me, however, but I called and explained the mistake and I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops or spend much time on the phone. They fixed the bill and charged the correct amount. The person I dealt with in the shop was friendly and courteous.

The Lock Shop installed mechanical hardware on our commercial door that gains access through a fob. I was told at the time of install that mechanisms in this do go bad and at some point will need replacement/repair.  The hardware recently went bad and our office as a result has not been very secure. I called the lock shop multiple times speaking with the receptionist and being forwarded to the owner Paul's voicemail and was told he schedules these types of appointments. With no returned calls I was forced to call around in an attempt to find another company who could help. I don't know the "lingo" and had 2 people come out with no success. I finally spoke with a company that couldn't help but referred me to Bulger in North Seattle who was able to send someone out same day. The door now works better than ever... no thanks to "The Lock Shop".
