  Federal lock & Key provided me with superb, technical and customer service. I had phoned the company, seeking a technician to come and assess my doors and provide a quote for both of my iron-wrought security gate doors. I was impressed at how fast the call was dispatched and a return call was made. The technician was very punctual. He showed up a few minutes ahead of my appointment and greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. He performed the job in replacing both locks, and the quality of his work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Federal lock & Key to my colleagues, family and friends because they had earned my respect, trust and business in the process.

  Best locksmith in town! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
