  Called for an appointment to deal with my door. Was told someone would come the next day. Waited all day, no call, no show. Called again. Apparently they lost the ticket. Got someone to take a look for a few mins, said I needed a new lock. Would be by the next day. Next day, no follow up. Day after, no follow up. I guess they just don't need my business. Spent a few hrs doing the work myself, but would much rather have spent some $$ on service. Unfortunate. I own a company that needs commercial work done as well. Will go elsewhere.

  I placed an order to install two digital deadbolt locks. Called once they said we are busy we will call you back. I had to call back two days later because they forgot about me. Installer could only get one of the locks to work manually, not electronically. Took him 3 hours and told me to make another appointment. He also told me the other lock i had would not work and I needed a replacement. Given this poor experience, I called a different locksmith Fleetwood Lock and they installed the other "broken" lock and fixed the one that The Lock House installed. Highly recommend Fleetwood Lock. When I received the bill I called to express my dissatifaction. I told him my intention of the call is to give you the feedback before I write the review. He said you should have called earlier and I was only looking for a discount. While i could have called him earlier and a discount would have been well received, his service did not deserve the second chance and his attitude confirmed that. Dante is the guy I spoke to. Give your business to someone who appreciates it

  They are so busy that it took a while to get here. But, when they did, I was very pleased with everything Dan did. Would definitely recommend.
