  Fast delivery both times. Lost the keys to my Sentry safe. The first set didn't work. Customer service was quick to help me and sent a second pair. However, they still didn't work with my safe. But I think Sentry probably added a little trick to their lock so you have to get a key from the manufacturer. Thank you again for your quick help.

  This team is awesome! They came on Sunday when my key broke into the office door knob. Very professional and didn't give up removing the broken key in the handle.
