The locksmith that I used was extremely competent and helpful. 3 Mortise Lock cylinders that needed to be re-keyed together with 14 keys were handed to him for his consideration. He finished it quickly while I waited and at a reasonable price. Great work, everyone!

Overall, I had a great experience with both the customer service and the product. In less than three minutes, I was able to finish two keys. I have no reservations about doing business with this company again in the future. Exceptionally polite and hospitable.

Today, He had to fix window locks, dead locks, and a sliding door lock on short notice. He came over right away and corrected everything for a very reasonable fee. I would strongly suggest this company because he was professional and efficient.

Amazing locksmiths, couldn’t recommend enough. Incredibly professional, did an amazing job installing a fresh lock. Really happy with the speedy service and fair prices.

UNRELIABLE, CONTINUOUSLY CHANGING STAFF, INCOMPETENT. I needed 2 keys, a Dodge and a Jaguar. Called them up, gave brand and years of both. Was told an hour for the first and 20 minutes for the second. Brought in both cars at the appointed time. The mechanic for the Jaguar was not there but would be in an hour.

We left and came back 1.5 hours later. They had just started on the Dodge and the mechanic that could do the Jaguar still was not there. We left again and told them to call us when ready.

3 hours later we were called that the Dodge was ready and the mechanic for the Jaguar was finally there. She worked on the key of the jaguar for half an hour while we waited in the shop: They did not have the right equipment.

The Dodge FOB worked, but the cruise control did not. We called and were told to come back the next week.

We waited for an hour, it was not fixed and were told to come back later that week, to have another mechanic look at it.

We made an appointment, the other mechanic played the blame game and debated for half an hour that there was no proof that the electronic synchronization of the FOB caused the cruise control to stop functioning. Very arrogant treatment by this mechanic.

We left and had to spend $300 at the Dodge garage to have the board computer readjusted.
