  Called to ask for help with small fire safe - keys were lost - brought safe in and the safe was opened in less than a minute. Less than 10 minutes I had 2 new keys and was on my way out the door for less than $16. Funny story - a number of years ago I stopped in and made the fatal error of asking a young man if he could make a copy of a key for me. I must have looked like I needed a little comic relief. He said, "Sure!" took my key and less than a minute later came back and presented me with a black and white xerox copy of my key. That got me - I will always remember that encounter with a smile, and when I need help in the lock and key department, I'll always go to R J Lock & Security.

  Been there twice..both time awesome and friendly service..got a harley key and some storage lock keys..fair price..but the thing that amazed me about this place.another customer came in with a rechargeable led light.the light stopped working, the owner hand the customer a brand new and better grade light..NO argument...just fair and honest customer service...not to many places in hagerstown offer the same service...
