  Wow! I never expected to be impressed by a locksmith business, I assumed wrongly that they'd come in, do their thing, and leave. However they were friendly and professional, their work was clean and efficient, and they were thoughtful about minimizing impact on the people here in the building. It may seem like a small thing, but getting door security installed requires a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Doors (especially doors with steel frames) are expensive and are the first impression visitors get as they walk in. In our office they had to cut the frame to fit the lock mechanism, and they did it so perfectly that it looks like it came from the factory. And they repeated this on six doors. That's one detail - they went over and above expectations in many other ways as well. I will be certain to call them any time I have a need for a locksmith and I highly recommend!

  AWESOME experience. Needed to get in the house and it was down to calling a locksmith or breaking down the door and buying a new one. Gave Flying Lockmiths a call and they were able to come right out and provided a few options to get in. Price was perfectly quoted, got in zero issues. Super professional, locksmith was excellent with communication - highly reccomend and will use again if needed. THANK YOU!

  I wanted all of my doors to have the same key. I called The Flying Locksmiths and scheduled a service call. The tech came out and replaced the locks but shortly after his visit, we had problems. The doors would not open. I would turn the knob and the spring loaded device would not fully disengage. It would take a lot of shaking and force to open my door. I called The Flying Locksmiths and told them the problem. They sent the same tech and he "fixed" the issue. He also charged me for it. Now I don't trust my door locks to no fail. There is A LOT of play in the door knobs. *** The boss reached out to me and made it right. Thanks for following through. I was going to just hire another locksmith and move on with my life. Then today I received an email saying that my payment didn't go through. The payment for the second visit to fix the issues from the first visit. So both visits didn't fix the issue. I am supposed to pay for a second visit (re-work) and even when I do. The billing is broke as well.
