Pat and Don were nothing short of amazing. I came in on a Saturday with a car key that was pretty much shaved down to its core. Couldn’t open my drivers door or the trunk. They got me a working key, and a spare key for $70 dollars.Won’t go anywhere else. 10/10

Wonderful company, the guy who helped me with my lockout was very helpful and polite and kept me updated the whole process. It was fast and very professional. I will be calling them if i ever have problems again! Good job 👍

Fast and professional! My mom locked herself out of her car with two dogs inside of it! While she was waiting through phone prompts with our AAA account, I got right through to a real live person with these guys and someone came out and unlocked her car within 20-25 minutes! So thankful. Hopefully will not need to call them again, but they'll be my first choice.

Will be using this company forever!! Called at 2pm to have emergency locks changed for my salon and they came out and were done by 3:30pm!! 10/10

Excellent service! We needed a key programmed for our F150 because we lost it and were over 200 miles from home. Pat was very friendly and helpful to speak with on the phone and Don was very professional and friendly to work with one on one. He got us back on the road in 15 minutes. Very reasonable prices, We would recommend them to everyone!

These guys are magnificent!! First, they came out on a Saturday night at 9:30 and what was to be a short, quick fix turned out to be quite a long ordeal but they stayed, fixed everything and were extremely pleasant. But it gets better... he ended up having to take off the exterior door handle and file down the key all while their radiator in their car blew. I will most certainly use them in the future for lockout service again!! I'm also going to use them to get my locks replaced in the near future. Quick transaction as well. Very great, polite, professional, good people!!

We have an older vehicle that believed it had been stolen. With the fantastic help of Pat and Don we did not have to have the car towed to the dealer. Don was able to take care of it and come in under the price they'd quoted. Pat was wonderfully understanding and helpful. I would recommend them very highly!!!

I locked my keys in my car at my house. After calling roadside assistance with Geico I was left without any help. I was told all companies were unavailable and that I might try contacting my local police dept. that sometimes the police are trained to unlock cars. After several hours I finally found a company who was willing to drive 45 minutes to help me. I was outside their area but they still helped. It was late and dark outside but Ross was friendly and helpful. He was able to open my car quickly. I am thankful they agreed to help. He was professional. The staff I talked to on the phone was kind and helpful. I highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future and will recommend them to all!

Needed a new car key made, after looking up my make and model they suggested that I could just go to the dealer and get it for $100 cheaper than they would be able to do since my key was special.  I appreciate the honesty that A1 gave me.  Very honest business gets 5 stars in my book!!  Next time I have a lock issue, A1 will get my business every time!
