We called The Flying Locksmiths to change out the locks on our new home.  They came to review the existing doors and locks and did a great job explaining the options we had to choose from.  Installation happened soon after and we are now feeling both safe and satisfied.  The installer called when he was on his way, was very friendly, and installed the locks quickly and even showed us how to operate the keyless entry.  Would definitely recommend.

I don’t often make reviews before actually using a service but I wanted to do this after meeting with Matt for an estimate today. He was on time and extremely professional. His demeanor and knowledge of what I was looking for, as a business owner trying to update an expanding business with state of the art entry technology, made me feel comfortable immediately.
I’m looking forward to hearing back from him in regards to creating an entry system that will fit our business and make our customers feel the balance of exclusivity and safety.

I cannot say they are good locksmiths or not, but what I can say is one the vans almost drove me off 309. The expressway was merging into one lane and he was well behind me. But then came flying up and passed me before I could merge left. If I didn't slam on the brakes and veer right, he would have hit me.

We apologize for the experience you had Ed. Although this is not related to our locksmith service it is critical for our employees to be professional and safe while driving. Contacted Fly Locksmiths about installing a key fob system and a couple of Security cameras. I mad an appointment for estimate and no one showed up. Contacted their customer service and was told my appointment was
changed for the next day without any contacting me about the appointment change.  The next day no one came again and no communication from anyone. messaged the Flying Locksmiths again and customer Service had the owner call me and told me how sorry he was that this happened me for the second time and to give them another chance. I told him I was open to make another appointment for the following week. I only received a text message asking availability, I gave them my availability but did not receive a message back to setup an appointment .I left the company a negative review about their unprofessionalism on google and now my review is gone and they have a 5 star rating again. The lack of respect for a customer just lost them $30,000 job and hopefully more.

I called this company on Thursday night at 5 pm and they were out Friday morning at 10 am. Keith did an excellent job repairing the door to our showroom door. Highly recommended!

Keith (one of the locksmiths at The Flying Locksmith) came out to change our locks at the new house we had just moved into, and he did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and was very nice. He simply asked me to confirm how many door locks we wanted changed, and then went to work! He took out the tumblers in all four doors we wanted re-keyed, and within an hour, he managed to re-pin each of the tumblers. I thought it would take longer than that, so I was pleasantly surprised! He gave us four new keys which worked flawlessly on each door. Now I don't have to carry around four separate keys to open our doors! I would highly recommend!!

Initially went on-line and left a request for a call back which was returned on time. I explained what I needed and was offered a slight alternative which was less expensive and thoroughly accomplished what I needed done. He gave me the price and I made the appmt for the next day at 9am. Again, on-time and the locksmith repeated what I discussed with the main office. He was courteous, efficient and respectful of my home.
The invoice was exactly what was discussed, not a penny different. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing locksmith services.

I recently needed to change/newly install locks to my house. When I called Flying Locksmiths, my worries were put to rest. After contacting four other local locksmiths who advertised "24/7 Emergency Service", I was informed by each that it would either be a day, two, or three until someone could come out, and one forgot to call back. But Brian at FLs assured me that Keith would be out the following morning and would take care of everything so as not to miss my flight out of PHL that evening. Keith was the best - friendly, professional, informative, really efficient and knowledgeable.  These fairly priced locksmiths are the good people you'll need!
