My ignition key broke in half, and I wasn’t able to start the car. Although I glued the key together myself, they were able to make a 1 to 1 copy that allowed me to start my car :)

Great experienced help/customer service.  Tried to find an extra key for my son's car (it's not a normal key). $35.  When I'm ready for the key, I'll go back.  At least I know it'll be done correctly.  Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

They helped me replace a key fob for my car. Their customer service, pricing and programming of the fob was excellent. I've come here for other things such as keys made, ect. Give them a try.

Mike's Lock Shop is a wonderful operation. I had a nightmare with a remote key for my Lexus. I called and spoke to Nelson.  He was a pleasure to deal with. The store is clean and extremely well run. All of the staff are knowledgeable,  polite and attentive.  they took care of my problem much faster than I had anticipated and were extremely reasonable with the pricing. I would highly recommend Mike's for any key or lock related issues.

Very nice people and customer service is key, no pun intended. Got replacement keys for my truck, one was faulty in the manufacturing and they took care of me. I also brought in a 100+ year old skeleton key to my wife’s great grandmothers furniture and Nelson did a beautiful job making a duplicate from hand. I highly recommend. Shop local. You will be glad you did.

Mike’s Lock Shop is great for all key, lock and Alarm needs to name a few of the services they provide. They always have the keys I need,  even if they are for old or for unusual locks .

Quick, professional, honest shop. I needed two key fobs for my car either fixed or replaced as the buttons were not working. I called Mike’s Lock Shop after a recommendation and striking out at a couple of other lock places. Nelson from the shop was able to give me a price over the phone that was $100 cheaper than the dealership (and this was worst case scenario if the keys actually needed to be replaced and programmed but they said they would try to repair the keys first which would save me even more and of course the dealership never offered this option). I made an appointment and the morning of I was greeted and offered a place to sit and wait where there were snacks and a fridge with drinks. The repair took only 15-20 minutes and ended up costing less than $50. I was impressed by the quality of work and the honesty of the staff who could have easily made a lot more money off of me but instead made the simple repairs and saved me a couple hundred bucks in the process. Would definitely recommend!

The Service Technician was prompt and personable. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the features of our new door knob and lock. He finished his work and I got on with my day in a timely manner. I am very pleased and will surely use Mike's Lock Shop again.

You can, without a doubt, rely on Mike's Lock Shop for your security needs.  We have used them for decades.  I purchased a new home safe.  When I expressed a need for the safe to be installed before leaving for a trip, Mike's made a special trip for the installation.   The timing was also valuable because our daughter was moving into a new home with my former smaller safe.  Ben and Alex did an excellent job, vacuumed after the installation, were extremely courteous, and extremely thorough and clear in instructions for using the safe.  I am extremely happy with the both the product and service.  You can rely on Mike's for your security needs!
