Very fast, friendly service! The friendly gentleman who helped us was able to keep his cool, even under pressure (my 2-year old kept “checking up” on him every few minutes 🤦🏻‍♀️) and we even got inside before the baby started crying for her bottle! Definitely would recommend and turn to them if and when I need their services again!

The locksmith who came (Jason) was friendly and efficient. He had a few issues with his equipment, but he kept working on it until I had a new working key. I will definitely use this company's services next time I need to have a key cut!

I called them and was told the locksmith would call me back and let me know about the service. I waited two hours for a call but heard nothing so I called back and was told they can’t work on my make and model. I asked an explanation and she just told me “he was supposed to call”. He didn’t call, and I could have been looking into other options. Clearly the locksmith doesn’t care enough to even give me a call so I’m glad I didn’t trust him with my car.

Quick service and the person who helped me was really nice and I don’t blame him for the price at all, but the company is very misleading about price. They basically make it sound like it’ll be a minimum of $55 and I understand that’s “minimum” but when I talked to the person who helped me, it sounded like they know exactly what they charge for what and they should be clearer about that on the phone. Paid $95 just for them to use a balloon thing to pop the door open in two seconds because only the handle was locked. I think customers would feel a lot less cheated if the company was just honest when you ask. If that easy scenario is a minimum of $95 then say that, not $55.
But again, quick service and helpful person who actually came and was really nice, I liked him. Just really caught off guard by the misleading quote from the phone call and literally had to transfer money between accounts standing there so I had enough.

Did what we needed but I felt really frustrated and taken advantage of. Told them on the phone I needed a lock drilled out and they told me $55 dollars. They didn't specify that was the minimum. We ended up being charged $115 and then when I went up to check on it after the locksmith left, there was a big pile of metal shavings just sitting there. I have a toddler. I'm so glad I went to look and could clean up after him before my little one found a bunch of metal shards.
