Fast & affordable. We had Texas Premier come out to do a re-key of a door at work and they were at our facility within 20 minutes of the initial phone call and had the door re-keyed and 15 new keys made within 30 mins. Our technician was personable and professional. Highly recommend this company!

TX Premier is the best. It is great to be able to support a local business. They offer excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable and offer up great solutions. I have had the opportunity to use their services on many occasions for both residential re-keying/lock changes/keys duplication and commercial for larger scale projects that required master keying, etc. They are prompt, courteous and reliable and I would highly recommend them.

After losing my car keys and calling every locksmith in town these people were the only ones to answer on a Saturday evening. Great customer service.  Fast response time.

While the Tech (Davis) that arrived to assist me was very nice/courteous, I am quite upset about the cost! I was quoted $30 Service Call + $25 Labor Costs = $55 which I felt was reasonable. I locked myself out of my house.  It literally took him less than 3 seconds to unlock the door, yet he told me when I asked what the other $53 charge was for, was that it is the Tech's discretion what he charges when he arrives.  For the amount of time/effort spent on the lock, it was not near worth over $100.  I feel like I was gouged since I was a woman in a desperate situation. Won't recommend them going forward...
