True the gentleman came quickly enough and opened the truck in good time. He was courteous and groomed nicely. The problem I have is the cost. When I called and asked how much, the lady said $30 service call and an additional $25 to unlock the truck. When it came time to pay, I was charged the $30 plus an additional $55. I went ahead and paid but I will not use them again unless I have to. Too expensive for me.

Had to get a Locksmith out to change the locks on our restaurant due to letting an employee go. These guys answered the phone in a timely manner ,had a Locksmith out within 30 mins and had two locks on two diff doors rekeyed within the hour. I was totally impressed with their professionalism and the price for value of this service that was so much needed this evening. I highly recommend this locally owned business and would definitely call them again myself if needed.

Called Texas Premier when I got locked out of my house tonight. Their tech showed up 20 mins later and had me safely inside within 5 mins. Wonderful, quick service, the Locksmith was courteous and professional,  10/10 would recommend.

I was stranded with keys locked in truck. The technician called to say he would be there in 30 minutes. He was very rude. An hour and a half later, I called to see if he was still coming. Was told he will be there in 20 minutes. Another hour and a half later he still
did not come. I cancelled and git a true professional locksmith who arrive in 30minutes. This is the most unreliable and most unprofessional "locksmith" I have ever dealt with. I am filing a report with the BBB.

Called out one of there guys Ret to pick a lock, said he couldn’t pick it and tore up my door jam for 100$ and was pretty rude about it, looked up the lock and it was very pickable but I think he just really wanted to use a power drill for 150$. He tried to force the door open for all of 5 minutes to his credit, said he couldn’t get it to work because the door was where it should be. I won’t be using them again and I’d recommend looking for someone else.
