I don't know why key fobs are so expensive but that is everywhere and they were still cheaper than the dealership.  Everybody was nice and easy to work with.  They had the FOB I needed and were able to program it.

Scott and Steve were very helpful. The front desk ladies were pleasant and kind as well. Scott was able to rekey my bed cover when everyone else made it seem impossible. Will use in the future.

I called asking how much to get a key cut, I already had the key and they wanted full price just as if I was buying a key from them. They didn't want to give any price break at all so I didn't go to them. I won't give them any future business.

My key broke and I came here to get it replaced. When deciding on whether or not I should get a car key with an attached fob or not, they gave me a straight forward answer: The tech recommended I get a standard key because it is more durable and is much less expensive. The whole process took 15 minutes. It was very simple. The receptionist was a little abrasive, but I think it was just her personality. She was not condescending or rude.

Getting a new battery for my key to my Honda was fast and easy.

Love this place, always helpful an so knowledgeable.
