I completely lost my keys to my car and they had to come out make a new key and program it with an unlock code and also pay a dealer fee to get the code. The service was great, prompt and very fast to get on location. My key was made in about 30 minutes and my only complaints were it was a bit pricey and not in my estimate I originally projected on the initial phone call and now my spare key (my backup original dealer key I had at my house very far away) no longer works, the one he made me does and it will very rarely set the alarm off if I unlock the outside door without the original. All in all I was in a jam and the key was made at it got me back home but all job done was over $430.00…. I was expecting somewhere in that ballpark, but with some many options in the area I would have liked to call around first before I dropped that much on one key. Would I use them again: yes probably so, they were professional and I’m the one that lost the key and can’t help the additional charges that were required. I don’t believe they intentionally ripped me off, the guy was professional and did what he had to do. I’m just not sure at this point how to copy the duplicate (new) key so I don’t have to pay $400+ if I misplace it again. Moral of the story always bring a spare or don’t lose your key.

Benjamin came by really quick and fixed me a new key and programmed my key fob. It was super quick and Benjamin was really nice. 10/10!

I’m a Realtor and I have a client who recently had a tenant move out.  Weird, nasty, dirty tenant who left a skull surrounded by crystals at the front door…..would freak any body out…..not the issue, though. Before arriving technician calls, confirming my service and that he is 10 minutes away. Technician was so nice and said he would continue with changing locks despite weird skull head setup.

Let me preface by saying, I made the appointment a day in advance, confirmed it that day and the day of WITH a manager, total of $100 for parts/labor/taxes+$15 for driving to location…kool not problem.

Technician takes off bottom lock to ask if I have the lock to replace? I’m like what? Why would I have that? That’s what I’m paying you for. I call the company and they tell me I’m only scheduled for a rekey service, mind you this is the same lady I spoke with the morning of service, who confirmed I was scheduled for a lock change. During this time, technician gets in his car and drives off. No word if you’re coming back or what is going on. I call the company AGAIN, they say the technicians had no idea they were changing locks. They have to go back to warehouse to get locks and come back to location.

My appointment was for 10, no one arrived until 10:45. Did not start doing anything with locks until 11,  technician left at 11:15. I’m on the phone with company AGAIN at 11:20, like are they coming back? What is going on? Representative cannot tell me anything about where these men are and when they will be back. She asks if I want to reschedule for a better time. I’m like ma’am, this was the better time. Now I have to wait because there’s no lock on the front door now!! This is the worst customer service ever!!!! I will never use them again and I advise all to be cautious or have a backup ready!!! Lol Only good thing was, the technicians were nice…..

Our business used this company and the customer service and technician was very nice and professional.  He did a great job installing new lock. He was in and out with no problem.

I did 5 stars because the service was great.  The only thing we did not like was the pricing is so unknown. Once the technician receives a picture of the door then there should be a fixed price instead of a range of this or that.  That's not good business.  I felt like I was at a car dealership trying to negotiate a price for installation. But other than that everything else was great and I recommend using this company.

Steve was simply awesome. He called ahead of time. He did a lot of work on the many locks in this new-to-me home. Thank you so much!!! I will refer him to anyone!
