We do not recommend using this company. We hired this company to pick a lock and get us in to our home when our electricity was out.

The locksmith sent to us got to work trying to get in to two entry doors. After 20 minutes of unsuccessful attempted break-in at both entry doors, the locksmith waived his white flag, called it quits and asked us for his $69 service fee.

We reluctantly paid the service fee despite not knowing about it before he came out to our house, and we ended up breaking a window to get in to our home.

We decided to take our story and share it with others so they can find a company with skilled locksmiths and fair, upfront pricing policies. This company has neither.

I had a great experience with snap&lock . They was very  patient. I highly recommend them

Calling snap and crack locksmith there customer service was amazing they sent someone out with in 10 minuets when he came it was quick and easy he  was polite all together it was a great experience

I had Andy come out to make me a new key because I lost mine this morning. He made one the after slamming it in the ignition multiple times telling me he needs to retrim it to fit all of the sudden everything locked up. He left and I ended up finding my original keys. ( He did not leave me a key as nothing worked ) now my original keys don't work. Everything is completely locked up. He let me know when he was here and it didn't work that I could pay them to give me a new ignition and key. Everything worked perfectly fine this morning until I couldn't find my keys and I called them. I don't think he messed things up on purpose but I don't think he wants to take responsibility. I do not recommend this company. I could not respond to your response so I would just like to add. My car started an hour before your guy got there and then he was slamming the new key and the ignition with a hammer. Even the guy that came out and put a new ignition switch in said he could tell that there was damage to it and he could not understand how that happened. So save it. I still don't recommend you guys that was horrible.

We honestly don’t feel that this 1-star review is deserved.
You still had the key blade that broke off from the original fob so all our tech had to do was to read the cuts of your key and recut on our own factory key.
Once he made the key copy, he tested it in the door lock and it turned with no issue. When he attempted to turn it in the ignition it would not. When a key doesn’t turn in the ignition, it is common practice to tap it with a small hammer to attempt to get the wafers realigned properly.
We are really sorry your ignition wouldn’t turn, but nothing Andy did could have caused your ignition not turn.
We really tried working with you as much as we could.

They do not take responsibility when they do a job incorrectly. Not only that but are rude about it. I'm sure they do a good job a lot as its not hard to make a key but at the same time how do you mess that up?

Derek did a great job!! Other companies wanted $225 to replace it and he said all it needed was a screw fixed!!! He knows what he’s doing! I was even considering replacing my door which us expensive!!!
