  I cut 6 keys. When they came out there were pieces of metal hanging and burrs so heavy it could cut your finger. I had to wire brush these off myself. If they had been put into a lock it would have destroyed the lock with all the shavings that were hanging off. Watching the keys cut it appears to be a two-step process a cut and then what looks like probably a finish/wire brushing at the end. The wire brush apparently is nonexistent. I'll have my keys manually cut from now on.

  I would’ve given it a five. If you buy two keys you get one free. I bought 4 keys but was only offered one free. So I canceled the sale got two keys got one free got two more got one free. It seems like some pointless steps to have to take.it takes longer to do it twice, of course.

  Everything was fine until I got the keys out of the machine. Paid for 6 keys, it showed it cut 6 keys but only gave me 5 keys....
