  We tried a couple other locksmiths and never got a confirmation of appointment. Seemed to drag on, perhaps because I only had a small job. I called up Snap & Crack and they were instant and immediately got Derek our technician scheduled that same day. Derek arrived on time and was great fixing the issue we had with our door and re-keen our lock

  Derek was my technician, and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with a company. He dumbed everything down for me so I understood the process and what he had to fix and why. He also worked dilligently in the pouring rain and even offered to jump my van before he went on to his next job.
