  This company is wonderful to deal with. THE BEST....I met with technician and I told him what I was needing to make my business more secure. He came up with a great plan. He designed a safer entry access control. We absolutely loved his ideas. He completed the work this week. It’s wonderful. A pleasure having them in my store. Professional and knowledgeable. And new friends...Good people..I plan to use them for some other projects also.. they have an unlimited list of things they can do for your business. . After all, we do spend more time at work than at our homes. Be sure to call these guys and let them put your ideas/update on paper.you won’t regret it. A great experience.

  My quotation request for appropriate security bolts to be fitted to my rear French doors was dealt with swiftly with technical input and a very acceptable labour fee quoted. Within 24 hours, Emanuel had very neatly installed highly suitable security bolts in a covid compliant manner. I am highly satisfied with every aspect of the company’s involvement.

  It really just comes down to the following question: how do you want to be treated? My wife told me she wanted me to make more keys for the apartment but I wasn't sure where some of the others were so I decided to do a complete lock change. We live in a building with high security locks so I needed to find a qualified locksmith and explain the particulars of my lock. I started with the buildings recommended - City Lock. Thirty seconds into explaining my situation, the a-hole cuts me off and says, ""do you have a specific questions for me?"" Other than ""do you have any idea how to run a business,"" I didn't, so I hung up the phone and did some research. That's when I found the Locksmith. Not only was their staff incredibly friendly on the phone, the took the time to listen to my needs and assure me they could handle the job. They scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, they were beyond professional, and their work was flawless. They also took the time to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. I've made the recommendation to the board of my building that we only use going forward. I'd give these guys 6 stars if it was an option! Thank you Issac !
