We have been customers of Assured Locksmith for many years and have the utmost trust in their professionalism and quality of their work. Recently on short notice, we needed our front door lock changed at our home. Assured Locksmith sent a technician to our house within a few hours. The technician was Stuart and he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Within a short time, he replaced our lock with a brand new high quality Baldwin lock and gave us the new set of keys. He did a great and neat job and even repaired a defect in our door that was there from before. We highly recommend Stuart and would not hesitate to use Assured Locksmith for any of our future needs.

My house lock froze up. Called Assured and they promised a locksmith would be over within one hour. Stuart was at my home in under an hour. Was able to remove the old lock and gave us several options for a new lock. We went with his recommendation which was the electronic keypad lock. We love it.  Stuart was super nice and very neat. Highly recommend Assured when in need of a locksmith.

I needed help replacing deadbolts on my front and back doors and could not figure out how to disassemble the old deadbolts. Stuart arrived at my house within minutes of my call. He quickly and easily determined the proper disassembly method for the old locks and also quickly installed my new locks for me. Additionally, he identified and fixed an issue with my front door not closing properly and thus a misaligned deadbolt. I would highly recommend Assured Locksmith and Stuart as a technician. He worked fast to identify my problem quickly and saved me a lot of time that I otherwise would have spent on this job.

On a cold chilly Friday night my family was essentially locked in/out of our house. The “new” home we bought had a old faulted lock that would occasionally get stuck this last year but would eventually be able to jiggle open.
Well, it finally got stuck to the point the lock jammed in the lock position. After going on the local moms groups one name repeated “Assured Locksmith”. I called at 5:30pm Friday night. It was not emergency but Don would send someone in the morning. An Angel of locks pulled up the next day named Stuart. He was COVID conscience, kind, extremely knowledgeable and changed our lock from 1950’s to 2022! It’s a beautiful key pad and we are beyond happy with the quality of service and look forward to any and all needs with Assured and hopefully Stuart’s services in the future. I recently had a new exterior door installed that required a mortise lock installation. I'm happy to say that I called the right company.
