  I lost my car keys while on campus and called these guys. Within 30 minutes they dispatched a very polite man who actually picked me up from nearby and ran me to the car. He rekeyed all the locks and the whole process took less than an hour. Awesome company and employees!

  Called this company to see if I could get my key cut for my car and if so, how much would it be. The guy who answered the phone had a rude tone, was very assertive about how anyone else would over charge and not do it right. He was going to charge me $200 even after the fact that I already had my own replacement, but that I also needed to code the key. So, I told him I’m going to do my research and call back if needed. I ended up going to a local dealership, informing them I had already bought a replacement. They said $30. I got my key cut FOR FREE and coded it myself. It turns out it is not that hard. Maybe they should get all the info before laying down a price and not be so rude. Or not be so money hungry.

  Mr. Nemo the cost is not the key. The cost is coming to you, gas, insurance, tools, and monthly service fees I pay to the manufacturer of the car. Yes old keys can be coded. But if I told you that I would loose my job.
