Second time I've used them for my place of business...no complaints.  Tyler was our tech for our latest project.  He was great.  He got in and got it done.  He made sure I knew where to call if I had any issues.  Top notch service from office staff to technicians!  Would highly recommend!

Shed door lock wouldn’t open. The guy from Shearer arrived 20 minutes after I called, as promised. He identified the problem as a damaged key, made a new key and checked that it worked. Prompt and reliable. Thanks.

I have been unfortunate enough to lock myself out of my home not once but twice in same year. I’ve called Shearer to help me out both times. Not only are they friendly but they are quick and super helpful. Praying I don’t lock myself out again but if I do then I definitely know who to call. Can’t thank them enough.

Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about any kind of lock or key you might have. Great place great services. Would recommend them to anyone.

The prices change after the service is done. I was told  one price and when the service was done it was another almost double. They don’t have  any customer service skills and are very unprofessional. There are tons of other locksmiths out there that are reliable I used this one because I was told the price not quote. I don’t recommend this place to anyone beware
