The keys function perfectly the only issue was when the first key was cut in the machine there are significant missing ridges. I did it again as it made me nervous it wouldn't work and that one came out perfect. As it turns out both keys work fine in the lock. I wish there was some option to compare the original to the cut one in the machine to give the customer a chance to get it correct before they leave.
