  Just called to requested assistance with getting a lock removed and changed, genteel act answered the phone was a complete smart A#$..basically you can do it yourself. Well I am only calling at 8:45am to get a service I was under the impression you offered. Hopefully you get someone that is more helpful than the person that answered the phone! if you not in the business of being a locksmith, change your services!
