  Wonderful experience! I needed my house locks re-keyed due to a stalking exroommate. They came on a Sunday and re-keyed my locks for a very reasonable price and I’m a lot safer now thanks to them! I’m so grateful!!!!

  It's awesome place great service. Danny was a lot of help today trying to figure out a key for my Rv! No one around could cut the key. he went out of his way today on Sunday to make sure that I was happy and I had a key for my RV. will be going back!

  Yesterday I discovered that my car key would not turn in the ignition. I tried multiple solutions to no avail, and had my fiance and my father in law try to get the key to turn in the ignition. It didn't work for them either. I called around to a few locksmiths and Secure Safe & Lock had the best prices. Andrew took me seriously (unlike a couple of the other companies I spoke with), and was great and informative over the phone when I called to set up an appointment. Today, Marcel arrived right on time, assessed the situation, and determined that the key itself was not working. He quickly got to work and soon enough, the new key turned in the ignition! Marcel was very professional and friendly! The overall price was fantastic: service call + new key was less than a car dealership would charge for just a new key! I am so glad I went with Secure Safe & Lock! If I ever have another lock problem, I will certainly be calling Secure! Thank you Marcel and Andrew!
