Needed  a touch pad security lock and passage lock installed in my manufactured home.  Max came out right on time had appointment next day. My son managed to lock BOTH copies of my Mazda keys in the car, along with his phone, while at his apartment.  I had given him the second set in order to rescue the first set, which he locked in the car yesterday.  Grrrrr!
I called Lacey's at 1:58 pm, gave them the address, car type, and my son's name, along with my name and number.  They called back at 2:33 pm to say the car had been unlocked.  I paid by credit card over the phone and they promised to have the technician write on the invoice that it was paid in full, which they did.  I was extremely happy with the ease of transaction and speed of service and the price was as expected.  I would definitely recommend Lacey's.

Excellent service that's a response to my questions when I called prior to going. Polite and courteous quick and correct work I purchased two keys and was not mislead I did not have to buy a fob the owner saved me a ton of money by just making the regular keys for me I consider that outstanding and I appreciate them for that. I highly recommend them

I went to have some keys cut and they didn't work. I brought them back expecting them to cut new keys but they just "touched up" the ones that didn't work and they still didn't work. My third trip I was definitely expecting new keys to be cut properly but they just "touched up" the keys AGAIN that didn't work and they still don't work. I'm very disappointed that I wasted so much time and gas especially when you can visually see a difference in the cut. So much for not going to Walmart or Home Depot. I hope every else has a better experience.

Let me give you an honest review about laceys locksmith. The service is sub par to say the least. The issue is that they are centrally located and when you're in a pinch you go there. I've been there twice. Both times I was treated like they were doing me a favor by taking my business.
