  Called this company and it seemed like I woke the guy up from sleeping on his couch. He answered, “hello”. I asked him if he was able to provide something and he simply said, “no” and that was it. We were silent for the next 30 seconds. One of the strangest calls I’ve ever experienced.

  Hey Johnny , not sure when or what number you called because nobody ever answers our line with just Hello ! I received an alert of this review 15 minutes ago and I assure you I didn’t get your call . Our in store hours are 8:00 am - 1:00 pm and I would be glad to assist you if you call tomorrow morning .

  I was looking for a Hollon safe and saw Schmitz Safe & Lock was a dealer for them. I sent an email to see what they had and I received and email almost instantly they had a safe that I was looking for. I had to have it Delivered and Johnny and Eric brought it to my house and made sure the safe and home was protected. They offered a great safe at at very fair price and provided wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend Schmitz Safe & Lock for all your security needs.
