Great service, Kurt was willing to do anything to resolve our lock issues. Local locksmiths were difficult to deal with. This place has been great to deal with. They really do try and help their customers. Great work. I highly recommend this business.

We have had them come out for a commercial lock issue on multiple occasions for same problem. They can't figure out why we continue to keep having the same problem so now they have told us to go elsewhere. We even suggested that we buy a new lock system if the existing one is faulty and they told us they don't want our business.
What is the point of going to locksmith company if they can't help with a lock problem.

Best place for any key needs big or small. Don’t mess with the big box stores. Just go here and get copies made right the first time.

I give Jim the highest possible rating !  He repaired our door lock very fast and with little fuss. I now appreciate that it takes real expertise to do this. (This is after we were told by a different local locksmith service that it couldn't be repaired and that we needed to purchase a new lock). Bravo and thanks to Jim !

Prompt,  professional and the cost was very reasonable. They are now my companies new locksmith. I highly recommend them.

Good lock place with helpful staff. I wish they had a little more selection as locks can be unique with how old some of the pgh places are. However they do their best to work with you and have a good amount of the regular pieces.
