  This was my first time using KeyMe Locksmiths. The machine is SO easy to use and the price is very reasonable. Unfortunately two of the three keys I got did not work. On the bright side, they responded quickly when I emailed about the issue and immediately refunded me. I'll try them again in the future.

  Tried to use the form online to see if there was a locksmith in my area for a automotive key replacement. They texted me many hours later to ask about my car. When I responded with a photo of the key and the zipcode, crickets. I texted again today to see if I could get a response (ha nope) before calling someone local. MUCH faster and far more professional.

  Two of four keys were not cut correctly. I was immediately refunded and tried again. Keys perfect this time.
