  I can honestly say these guys are the BEST. I lost my car keys and wasn't sure that to do. The dealership wanted $250 for the key and $100 to program it. I personally couldn't afford that. Went to these guys and Orlando had a new key in less then 10 mintes remote and all!!! For a total of $112. I will be going here again if i ever need a key of any sort these guys were AMAZING. Thank you for the great customer service.

  Not a great experience. I called to have them get into my car one freezing morning. The man said they don't do that type of service...but I wasn't sure if the locks were frozen or broke. Either way I was willing to pay for their time. He told me to call a garage...have it towed and have them fix it? No thank you.

  Advertises emergency 24/7 services yet leaves no possible way to contact, for said emergency services. Even Syracuse locksmiths know this company as one who never answers. One of 2 services in Utica and we have no one reliable.
