  The locksmith completely ruined the new lock and I got charged 362.73 for all of it, after the locksmith got done and started packing his tools and cleaning up I checked the door to see if it would close all the way and it wouldn't even latch so I had to yell at him and chase him down so he could properly fix it 1 month and 10 days later the door won't close anymore I took closer look and it seems unfixable now

  Technician was very unprofessional. When asked to provide any sort of identification that identified him as an employee of SOS Locksmith he was unable to. He had no id, business card, nor did he have an invoice heading that matched the name of SOS locksmith. When I informed him that his services would not be needed due to security reasons, he began to yell, swear, spit, and call me a racist. The denial of his services had everything to do with his lack of professionalism and nothing to do with race. This was a truly disappointing experience.

  Jared was my saving grace! He came super quickly and was super responsive. It was super inexpensive especially for it being later in the evening. Quality service. Hopefully won’t require their services again but will for sure keep on my radar!
