  We had all of our exterior doors re-keyed. All staff we talked to and came across were professional, friendly, and helpful. The total expense was well worth it. We are very happy to have our home all with 1 key. Thank you!!

  I just experienced the worst customer service ever. I brought in a door lock from an old house trailer I'm restoring. Showed the lock to the counter help asking if I could get a key made and get it cleaned and working. She said we might be able to get a key made but we won't clean it. I wonder our loud if they wanted to work on it. 'Not really' was the answer. I took my lock.
