  The keys I cut did not work, but I contacted KeyMe to let them know and they reversed the charges. I have used them before and got a functioning key (for the same lock!)--not sure why the keys didn't work this time, but they were good about not charging me.

  Was very quick and easy. They even worked in the lock on the house. Sometimes the keys from other places didnt always work in the locks when I go and try them.
