  HAD A BRAND NEW FOB MADE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO TRAVELING FROM KANSAS TO SAN DIEGO, WHILE TRAVELING THRU NEW MEXICO I STOPPED FOR GAS AND THE FOB STOPPED WORKING😔😔😔😔😔😔 I CALLED AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS THEM. DAVID CAME TO MEET ME @SPEEDWAY WHERE I WAS STRANGLED. CHECKED FOB, REPLACED BATTERY, INFORMED ME FOB WAS DEFECTIVE, PASSED INFO ON TO PREVIOUS LOCKSMITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. THE YOUNG MAN WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL & FAST👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

  Rocky Lock is AMAZING. Especially JUAN, who worked all night on Saturday to make a replacement key for my car when I was stranded in Gallup during a cross country move with my two dachshunds. He located the part two hours away and was happy to get it for me and create the replacement key. STELLAR service from all employees I worked with. Shout out to the other employee who raced over to my hotel to unlock my car and help search for the still missing key. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Shoutout too to the dispatch lady who was quick, helpful and kept me calm.PERFECT SERVICE.
