  I read the reviews prior to calling for service. My experience with Gurley was great. Some of the mannerisms presented in the bad reviews may be indicators of poor attitudes generally. I had decades old custom lock that I needed keys for, the locksmith exhibited patience and skill in taking care of my needs. I'm grateful

  I have come into the E. Coal location twice since I've lived in Gallup. Both times I've been treated with respect and honesty. My work has been completed promptly and without any issues.
