  I was referred to Richmond Alarm Company as I was looking to provide a safe security system for my family. Mr. Kenny came out to my home and assured me that him and his team of professionals would meet my needs. Mr. Kenny was very professional and very knowledgeable about the Company he works for as I had several questions concerning how long RAC has been in business, etc. They came out to my home and installed the security system and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you.

  Matt Arnold was fantastic when it came to helping us make the right choice for our home security system. The technology that Richmond alarm uses is top notch and very user friendly. The installation process was also very efficient, the technician showed up on time and had our system up and running within an hour. Afterwards, he spent another hour teaching how operate the system, control our preferences on the website, and use the app on our phones. I would highly recommend Richmond Alarm for anyone wanting to install or upgrade their system!
