Really like being able to use this machine to make copies of keys- thought it would be NOT user-friendly but it was really easy. Clever invention. Beats waiting in line for an employee to copy the key and that loud noise when keys are being made.

Overall great experience. Not 5-star because I was forced to buy a speciality key and the minimum was $5 (plus tax), which I think is pretty high for a key.
