Gentleman arrived in a timely fashion. Got a little lost because i forgot to say an apartment number. Was dressed professionally. Arrived in well marked vehicle. I hired Don to change the locks on my daughter's house. He went above and beyond to ensure all the locks were lubricated and adjusted so they worked properly and even installed three-inch screws in the striker plates for additional security. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
