This place is great! My daughter lost her key fob and when i contacted the dealership it was explained that it was a 3 step process that included a service call out to the car then a tow to the dealership and then another appointment at the service department! Redwood lock came out and did everything in less than 30 minutes and for less than the price from the dealership.

Excellent customer service for one. I highly recommend this place. Soooo many cool key options plus a whole assortment of other cool items. Best part the dog even comes out from the back, pushes open the counter door to come make you pet him and say hi haha In my humble opinion I'd rather pay a few bucks more and support a local business then a corporation like home depot any day.

Called around 4:00 on a Friday my car was stolen we were able to locate the car but they stole the keys it would have been $250 plus a tow if I went anywhere else and a tow back home would have been 175 out the door I paid a little over that and was able to drive my car home the service technician deleted the other key fobs and everything was good to go. Called four other key companies before them however could not reach anybody else. Good company they're there when you need them I highly recommend
