  Called in to inquire about getting our van unlocked and to see if they make vehicle keys. I was told they probably couldn’t make another key but they could send someone out. I asked about the price and they told me it would be $29 for them to send someone out and that it would be “about $50 more for the service”. I had to leave for work but my husband stayed home to meet them. First of all I was told by the technician himself that he would arrive in 15-30 but took 1hr. That was fine, we needed to get it. When he did arrive, I watched him from my ring cam inflate a balloon in the door and roll down the window to unlock the van (it was running with keys in it). It took him literally about 1min. He charged my husband $198 to do this. I’m happy we got into the van, but this is very deceptive. What I was told when I called back to question the cost was that the technician names his own price. Really? Why quote me a price only to have the technician take advantage of my husband just because we were desperate to get in our vehicle? Would not recommend and a “I’m very sorry about that” when I called back is unacceptable. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very thankful that they came out and got us in our vehicle. I just feel it is very deceptive to pass the buck by quoting a initial cost and then say it’s up to the technician to name whatever price they choose. Especially for something that takes a few seconds to do.

  Very happy with this locksmith! He came and fixed quickly what I had been unable to get anybody else to help me with! I didn’t even have to leave work! Very discreet and professional. I will recommend his work and he has me as a customer for life.

  I needed to change the lock of the front door. There was huge difference in the estimate they tell you before they send locksmith. The price was off by more than 3 times of what they say as estimate. There is a $29 service fees that you have to pay them irrespective of availing the service.
