  I got two duplicate keys and both did not work for me but I am pleased that my money was instantly returned just by dropping a note on feedback. I wish keys would have worked but I really appreciate the professionalism here.

  I needed to copy my house key. I went to Fred Meyer, expecting to get the keys made in their hardware department. To my surprise and delight there was a KeyMe kiosk right there in the lobby. It was quick, convenient and all the keys work!
