As the owner of several rental properties I have been shopping there since 1991. There was a cashier who could be quite rude but I chose to overlook it and she eventually retired. And although the prices are higher than at Home Depot, at least there is a salesperson to help find items needed.

Hardware store area is very good, excellent customer service, but keys made there are very expensive 15 dollars for a regular cabinet key then I found out that it only costs 2 dollars already made just put the lock number on ebay and the keys are 2 dollars.

Great customer service and keys cut FAST! I was in and out in less than 15 mins! Will definitely be THE place for  any keys cut!

Héctor came to rekey my house after my spare key disappeared over Halloween weekend. He was great and got the locked changed fast and it barely cost a thing. Call Reds Safe & lock if you need a reliable rekey!

This was my first visit to the store and I am very impressed. 3 employees asked if I needed any help. 3!!! When going to Lowes or Home Depot I have to track down an employee for help and most of the time I never find one. I am remodeling my house and  if I need any tools or paint I will now take my business here. I have never felt so welcome in a store. Y'all are doing an amazing job!!! Keep it up and thank you for being so kind!!!!

I strongly recommend NOT doing business with this store. They were quick charged $130 dollar for a consultation but non-responsive when it came to fixing the lock problem. After multiple weeks of waiting and constant attempts to track down the locksmith for answers (apparently also the store manager), I decided to write this review. I would also like to mention that the receptionist just hung up the phone on me when I mentioned I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I paid for the consultation because they said it would apply towards the final bill, however I still waiting for resolution and at this point I would like my money back so I can take my business somewhere else.

Locksmith cut a key for 2007 Suzuki XL 7 very quick and professional

Good service but took.a little while , other than that great work

Locksmith showed hours open on Sunday, however store is open and no locksmith. This day and age? Come on why not pay the guy.
